Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt works too)
  • 1/4 cup milk (any type you prefer)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to your sweetness preference)
  • 5 scoops of Cowboy colostrum

TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL):

  • Fresh strawberry slices
  • Sliced banana
  • Granola
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
  • Hemp seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen banana slices, plain yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, and colostrum powder.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender occasionally to ensure everything is well blended.
  3. Taste the smoothie to check if it's sweet enough for your liking. If not, add more honey or maple syrup and blend again.
  4. Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a bowl.
  5. Now comes the fun part – adding your favorite toppings! Arrange fresh strawberry slices, sliced banana, granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes, nuts, and hemp seeds on top of the smoothie bowl.
  6. Sprinkle an extra pinch of Cowboy colostrum on top for an added boost.
