INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 5 scoops Cowboy Colostrum – Chocolate
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup almonds, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Mix – In a bowl, combine the yogurt and Cowboy Colostrum – Chocolate until smooth and fully blended.
- Spread – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly to about ¼ inch thick.
- Top It Off – Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds, raisins, and chopped almonds evenly over the surface.
- Freeze – Place the tray in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
- Break & Enjoy – Once frozen solid, break into pieces and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
