Personal trainer for 10 years, I have to say I definitely notice more muscle mass and recovery since I have been using Cowboy Colostrum . For sports and fitness this stuff is great for recovery and build. As for the skin and hair benefits , that will take a little more time. 4 weeks on top of my 75 Hard challenge and I’m a believer. The muscle retention and fat loss and recovery is on point. REM and deep sleep have also improved!
