Chocolate Raspberry Pudding

Indulge in a creamy, chocolatey treat this Valentine’s Day with a pudding that’s as nourishing as it is decadent. Made with avocados, cacao, and Chocolate Cowboy Colostrum, this dessert is packed with wholesome goodness while satisfying your sweet tooth.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup milk (we suggest raw milk!)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Chocolate Cowboy Colostrum
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • Dash of salt
  • Handful of fresh raspberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the avocados, milk, maple syrup, Chocolate Cowboy Colostrum, cacao powder, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding a little more maple syrup.
  4. Spoon into serving dishes and top with fresh raspberries.
  5. Enjoy immediately, or chill for 30 minutes for a thicker texture.
