INGREDIANTS

  • 1 banana

  • 1 oz raw walnuts

  • 1 scoop vanilla colostrum

  • 1 tbsp raw honey

  • Cinnamon, to taste

  • 1 cup milk (we prefer raw!)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
