Creamy Vanilla Popsicles
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups milk (cow's milk or plant-based milk)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut cream
  • 2tbs maple syrup (adjust according to your sweetness preference)
  • 10 scoops of vanilla Cowboy colostrum powder
  • Popsicle molds (depending on the size and shape you prefer)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and cream by hand or with our double whisk frother.
  2. Add maple syrup to the milk and cream mixture, stirring continuously until it's well combined.
  3. Froth in the colostrum until fully combined to avoid any lumps from forming.
  4. Once the colostrum powder is fully incorporated, pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
  5. Place the filled popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until they are completely solid.
  6. Once the creamy vanilla popsicles with colostrum powder are frozen, remove them from the molds. To do this, briefly run the molds under warm water to help loosen the popsicles. Gently pull them out, and they should come out easily.
  7. Serve the delicious and nutritious popsicles immediately or store them in a sealed container or ziplock bags in the freezer for future enjoyment.
