Banana Smoothie

Banana Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup milk (any type you like)
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 scoops of Cowboy Colostrum powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • Sliced banana or cinnamon for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put the sliced banana, milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, colostrum powder, and vanilla extract into a blender.
  2. Blend everything until it's smooth and creamy. If you want it thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Taste the smoothie and make it sweeter with more honey or maple syrup if needed. To make it thicker, add more milk or yogurt.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle some sliced banana or cinnamon on top.
