INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup milk (any type you like)
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 scoops of Cowboy Colostrum powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- Sliced banana or cinnamon for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Put the sliced banana, milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, colostrum powder, and vanilla extract into a blender.
- Blend everything until it's smooth and creamy. If you want it thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and make it sweeter with more honey or maple syrup if needed. To make it thicker, add more milk or yogurt.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle some sliced banana or cinnamon on top.
