Chia Seed Pudding

Chia Seed Pudding
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of your choice (e.g., almond milk, coconut milk, dairy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 scoops of Cowboy Colostrum powder
  • Fresh berries, sliced fruits, or nuts for topping (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk the mixture together until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the colostrum powder to the liquid mixture. Stir well to ensure that the colostrum is fully incorporated and there are no clumps.
  3. Add the chia seeds to the liquid mixture and stir thoroughly. Make sure the chia seeds are evenly distributed in the mixture. This will help prevent clumping as the pudding sets.
  4. Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight. During this time, the chia seeds will absorb the liquid and create a thick, pudding-like consistency.
  5. Once the chia seed pudding has set, give it a good stir to break up any clumps that may have formed. If the pudding is too thick for your liking, you can add a little more milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  6. Serve the chia seed pudding in bowls or jars. Top with fresh berries, sliced fruits, nuts, or any other toppings you prefer.
