INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup granola butter
- ½ cup honey
- 10 scoops vanilla colostrum
- 1 tsp almond extract
- Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup almond flour and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
- Add the Wet Ingredients: Add ½ cup granola butter and ½ cup honey to the bowl. Stir well until the mixture starts to come together.
- Flavour: Add 10 scoops of vanilla colostrum to the mixture. Stir thoroughly until the colostrum is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth. Stir in 1 tsp almond extract. This will give the energy bites their sugar-cookie-like flavor.
- Mix: Continue mixing until everything is evenly combined, and the dough has a smooth, slightly sticky texture.
- Form the Bites: Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll them into balls with your hands.
- Chill: Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
- Once chilled, the energy bites are ready to eat! Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
